The Fibonacci Sequence is the series of numbers. The next number can be found by adding up the two numbers before it for an example 0 and 1 equals 1 if you add them together another is adding 1 and 1 to make 2. The sequence can also be extended backwards such as -2 and 1 it equals 1 and so on.
You can also divide both of the numbers in the sequence to get something like the Golden Ratio it seems that if you divide 377 by 233 it equals 1.618025751 and the larger the numbers are the closer the approximation which is really interesting. In my opinion it is like Pascals Triangle because you have to add the top numbers to make the rest of the triangle.
